It is my intention with my artwork to bring inspiration to others and instill happiness in one's heart. My art is uncomplicated. What you see is what you get. There is no political content. There are no subliminal messages, yet my art is not predictable. I do not want to be classified as the artist that paints roses or apples. I show you here some of my art that can go from abstract to transitional. By transitional I mean that it can be viewed as realistic but in some way is abstract because of the limited detail. I have been influenced by impressionism. I love color. Impressionistic art is very bright and vibrant. Impressionist artists manage to present complete images focusing on the color instead of the detail.

For example, with Eternal Autumn it is my intention to draw the viewer into this surreal forest of tall trees with autumn leaves falling and blending onto the path with an energetic sun diffused into to the woods. I call it transitional art because it is neither abstract nor realistic. The piece has the feel of impressionism with a twist of surrealism. The label "transitional" can cause confusion for some. Transitional walks the line between traditional and abstract. Consequently, transitional art is no single extreme, but a harmonic blend of styles that can be adapted to an individual's preference. Eternal Autumn is best viewed from several feet away. This perspective will allow the viewer to appreciate the full scope of the painted subject. This painting speaks about my faith. Eternal Autumn is about eternity and the final destination of the human being, but also represents the tribulations that one can go trough in life and how at the end of everything you see the light illuminating your path in this life.

I also include my abstract art full of vibrant colors and strong lines and curves. In Revolving around You and Couple Whirling around the Dance Floor the use of the fan paintbrush is all I needed it to give the effect of that twist of radiant lines revolving around the epicenter. Revolving around You is one of those pieces of art that are very close to me, it represents my soul, the essence of me as an artist. As human beings we are all revolving around something that captures our attention. We stay there because we cannot get enough of it... whatever that "it" may be. It may be a person, a love, a profession, or something else. For me this particular painting represents my soul, full of energy and vibrant colors, revolving around my passion for art. For that reason it is my hope that viewing my art could bring inspiration to others and instill happiness in one's heart.
